1. Eligibility

The Eatfluence $100 Cash Jackpot (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Eatfluence (the "Sponsor"), and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Eatfluence, located in Massachusetts. Official URL: eatfluence.app.

3. Sponsorship and Scope of Sweepstakes

This Sweepstakes is solely sponsored and conducted by Eatfluence, regardless of the involvement of any third-party restaurants or partners (such as Pikanadas or Raices). While promotional materials appear at partner restaurant locations, these restaurants are not sponsors of the Sweepstakes. Participation grants you entry into a collective pool of entries from the entire Eatfluence network, not just from a single restaurant. The probability of winning is based on the total number of entries received across the entire Eatfluence platform.

4. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

5. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes is a recurring quarterly drawing. Each entry period begins on the first day of the quarter at 12:00 AM EST and ends on the last day of the respective quarter at 11:59 PM EST:

• Q1: January 1 - March 31
• Q2: April 1 - June 30
• Q3: July 1 - September 30
• Q4: October 1 - December 31

Current Period: Q1 2026 (January 1 - March 31, 2026)

6. How to Enter

In-Store Entry (No Purchase Necessary):

Scan the Eatfluence QR code at any participating partner location, complete the attribution question, and submit your name and email address.

Online Entry (AMOE - Alternate Method of Entry):

To enter without visiting a restaurant, visit eatfluence.app/sweepstake and complete the digital entry form. This method is free and provides the same odds as an in-store scan.

Limit: One entry per person per quarter. Multiple entries will not increase your chances of winning.

7. Winner Selection

A random drawing will be conducted within ten (10) business days following the end of the quarter by the Sponsor. Odds of winning vary depending on the total number of eligible entries received across the network.

8. Winner Notification and Acceptance

Potential winners will be notified by email within five (5) days of the drawing. Potential winners must respond within 48 hours to confirm acceptance. Failure to respond or noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

9. Prize

One (1) winner will be selected each quarter to receive a prize of $100.00 USD cash (awarded via digital transfer, check, or prepaid card at Sponsor's discretion). All prize-related expenses and taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. Publicity

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes (including @eatfluence.app social media) without further compensation, except where prohibited.

11. Liability Release and Dispute Resolution

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Eatfluence and its restaurant partners from any liability or claim arising from participation. All disputes shall be resolved individually in the courts of the State of Massachusetts and governed by Massachusetts law.

12. Privacy

Information collected is subject to the Eatfluence Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from Eatfluence and the partner restaurant where the QR code was scanned.
